Delicious food, enthusiastic staff, reasonable prices. Some dishes are quite strange, the space is also a bit cramped. Especially fresh sashimi.

Sushi Masa takes Japanese cuisine to a whole other level. My sashimi selection arrived with a piece of a pine tree and was smoking. The flavours were exquisite and the Wasabi was real.
Delicious food, quick service staff
An unstable dinner 🙂 Really bad experience from the so-called shift manager. Today I went to eat at a restaurant and arrived at 5 o'clock. From the moment I walked upstairs, I opened the door and walked in. No one greeted the guests as if they didn't know I was there. When I reached the end of the hall, I sat at the table and a waiter ran out to give me the menu. When I was about to order, I had a wish that this table was too cramped, so I asked to change to the upper table with 4 chairs to comfortably place the food and more than half blamed the crowded table on the other side for being quite noisy, so the staff ok agreed. When it was time to move my table and I stood up to move, a female employee in a black shirt named Tran (when I asked, I found out that she was a shift leader or something) ran up to say no with a bunch of excuses not to let me move the table. 🙂 (Even though I was visibly upset at that moment, my friend Tran didn't care about me at all :))) when I ordered the dish, the table was so cramped that there wasn't even a place for a plate to eat, the dish was not special at all, the 2 servings of miso oysters were salty + the decor was bad due to being crowded in 1 batch, the scallop roll I ordered grilled scallops with cheese but I mistakenly ordered Japanese scallops or something, eating them dry was not delicious, 2 servings of crab shells were cracked on the crowded table so I had to order them. Thanks for baking! I also had to wait for tissue paper so I had to ask for someone to bring it to me! After eating all day, the table with 4 chairs on it was left empty :)))) and the table was filled with noise from the 2 crowded tables next to it! OK, in the end, choosing this restaurant for a birthday dinner was my mistake and it ruined my mood!

The food was correct, but when it comes to ordering, they did not forget to serve one dish for which we waited over 30 minutes. We also had to wait a long time for the watermelon juice, probably because they forgot to write it down... The dishes were served unevenly... one person ate it, another one got it, the third person watched while the others ate... for me it's at least strange. When the last person ate, everyone watched him eat because everyone had already eaten theirs. The tables were not cleaned on a regular basis, which resulted in messy tables. The bill also includes hand-washing wipes, which is absurd to me. The service seemed offended, I don't know why... As for the food, I recommend it, but the service needs to be improved.
