Sushi Masa is a leading mid-range Japanese restaurant chain. We proudly stand as the ONLY Japanese restaurant in Vietnam offering complimentary premium Fresh Wasabi in two levels: "Fresh Wasabi Classic Mild" and "Fresh Wasabi Masa Intense," ground from Wasabi Horseradish roots grown in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Our fresh, premium-grade, safe vegetables are sourced daily from Da Lat farms. Additionally, our fresh seafood is air-flown daily from Norwegian waters and Japan's Tsukiji Market – the world's largest fish market. On average, Sushi Masa uses nearly 10 Norwegian salmon daily while serving over 3,000 meals to our guests, ensuring no old inventory remains.
