The culinary team at Sushi Masa consists of experts with over 10 years of experience, carefully selected through rigorous criteria such as culinary technique, flavor perception, and knowledge of food and culture. Beyond that, throughout their employment, chefs, as well as all staff, regularly undergo skill evaluations and internal training to continuously improve their skills. At Sushi Masa, every ingredient, no matter how small, is meticulously selected to ensure the highest freshness and quality when served to our guests. Premium-grade seafood, such as Norwegian salmon and Japanese tuna, is carefully packaged and transported by air immediately upon arrival at the shore, ensuring it retains its freshness as if just caught. Fresh vegetables are sourced directly from Da Lat farms every day, preserving their crispness, sweetness, and natural safety.
